These terms and conditions apply to tutoring services provided by Eliteskills Education Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By booking our services, you agree to these terms.
All sessions must be booked in advance via our website or by contacting us directly. Payment is due before sessions begin unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via bank transfer or such other methods as notified to you.
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full. Sessions cancelled by us will be rescheduled at no additional cost to you.
Packages are non-refundable once sessions have commenced. If you wish to cancel before any sessions have taken place, a full refund will be issued minus any administration fees. Requests for refunds must be made in writing to contact@eliteskillseducation.com.
All sessions are recorded for safeguarding purposes. By booking with us, you consent to sessions being recorded. Recordings are stored securely and will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.
We will make every reasonable effort to ensure continuity of tutor for your child. In the event that your assigned tutor is unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange a suitable replacement.
While we are committed to providing high quality tutoring, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, grades, or exam results. Results depend on a range of factors including the student's engagement and effort.
We expect all students and parents to treat our tutors with respect. We reserve the right to terminate services without refund in the event of abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour towards our staff.
Eliteskills Education Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant sessions.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
